- Merchant's Guild: Wholesale trade, export/import, industrial materials, metals, and tiles
- Omnism's Guild: Knowledge sharing, spiritual growth, education, and cross-cultural exchange
- Victualler's Guild: Food, drink, and culinary makers — source-verified producers of meaningful provisions
Our main economic activity is non-specialized wholesale trade (CAEN 4690), but we also provide digital products and services.

16Founding Membership
Bhazar offers a "Founding Membership" program (FM 144): a limited number of numbered founding member seats. A founding membership grants participation rights within the Bhazar member framework — including private Council Room access, voting on selected projects, the ability to propose projects, and access to a private member community — as described on the FM 144 page and subject to the final FM 144 membership agreement.
A founding membership is NOT a security, share, equity stake, loan, bond, financial instrument, or any public offer thereof, and carries no dividend, profit share, or guaranteed financial return. Purchase of a founding seat through the website does not, by itself, transfer any ownership of BHAZAR S.R.L., of the Bhazar trademark, or of any company asset. Any economic, company, or intellectual-property participation applies only where separately confirmed in signed legal documents.
Founding member benefits (including price-lock and access rights) are provided on a best-effort basis and may be adapted where required by law or operational necessity; core paid benefits will be honored for the membership term. Consumer withdrawal rights under OUG 34/2014 / Directive 2011/83/EU apply as set out in Section 09.
